NewsFootball Club Punished for allowing fans to fight (January 13, 2010) Westham Football Club were today found guilty by the Football Association of failing to control their fans during the game with Millwall on 25th August 2009.
Westham can now expect a hefty fine after they were found guilty of " failure to ensure their supporters refrained from violent, threatening, obscene, provocative behaviour and failure to ensure their supporters did not enter the field of play".
A Millwall supporter was stabbed in a side street as fans clashed before, during and after the game both inside and outside the ground.
