London Law School accused of packing in too many pupils (December 05, 2009)
A leading London based Law School is under investigation by the legal watchdog over allegations that it has been cramming in too many law students.
BPP, which trains more than 1,000 would - be lawyers each year, is facing a " quality assurance probe " by the Bar Standards Board after admitting 25 % more than its quota of law students.
The excess numbers are said to have helped boost the firm's income by nearly £1,000,000.00 but there has been a barrage of complaints from students. Some said they were wrongly removed from the course. BPP is an American owned school.
