Commissioners for Oaths fees


Our firm are Commissioners for Oaths under the Commissioners for Oaths Act 1889. 

When we are acting as Commissioners for Oaths, we can swear an Affidavit, Statutory Declaration or Affirmation or lease, for use in England or Wales;



Notary Public fees                                                                                                                            

For the Notarial Certification of documents to go overseas, our minimum fee per document, is currently £60.00.

For certifying a passport, our minimum fee is £60.00 per passport.

We charge £89.00 for each Foreign and Commonwealth Office Apostille, per document.                   

Should you require your documentation to be submitted to a particular London based Embassy, this service is also provide by our firm to both private and corporate clients. The fees per document are available upon application. 

Customised Drafting of documentation fees


Should you require our firm to draft documentation for your specific requirements, we would be pleased to do so for you. We would be pleased to quote you for your bespoke requirements.  Our hourly rate for bespoke drafting is £395.00 per hour.
