Qualified persons may apply who are qualified Solicitors or Barristers, who have completed the Post Graduate Notaries Legal Program at The University of Cambridge and who are admitted to practice as Notaries in England and Wales. A current Notary Public Practising Certificate and Faculty are required which have been issued and are validated by the Court of Faculties, 1 The Sanctuary, Westminster, SW1P 3JT London, England .  Applications from Scrivener Notaries are most welcome. Candidates must be eligible to join The Notaries Society of England and Wales.
