A man , who was homeless, was discharged from a hospital wearing pyjama bottoms.

The patient was discharged in pyjama bottoms as no trousers could be found to  fit him.  He was discharged wearing a shirt, sweater, pyjama bottoms and a thin coat in the cold weather.

The man, had been treated for head injuries.  Temperatures were very cold at the time of the discharge of the homeless male patient.
