Miner's Compensation Claim update

There has been wide coverage of the failed High Court appeal by Beresford and others against SDT findings arising from coal health cases. 
 
Partners from 67 of the law firms that registered coal health claims have been investigated by the SRA.  Solicitors from 24 of those firms were ordered to face the tribunal on misconduct charges, according to the Times.
