Two teenage rappers who threw a pregnant schoolgirl into Regent's canal plotted to kill her during a nine - hour spell on internet chat rooms.
Logs from the chat rooms have revealed they made the 10 point plan for murder while watching TV about shows on super powers.
The victim was lured to the canal in Islington by a series of text messages and mobile telephone calls.
The rappers face life imprisonment when they are sentenced at the Old Bailey.
The chat room logs reveled their determination that the victim had to die. But they also discussed what they were going to eat for dinner and the police said it was not until they found the chat logs that they realised how callous the perpetrators of the crime were.
They left a 10 - point plan of how they were going to do it which they forgot to delete.
The victim told police how her hooded attacker hit her repeatedly over the head with a metal pole. She said she thought she was going to die and felt herself giving up before she was pulled to safety.
