The Morgan Motor Company who are based in England, nearly tripled its profits last year to £1.7 m on sales of £29.00 .
The Malvern - based car maker, now run by Charles Morgan, grandson of the founder, has 149 staff who assemble the models by hand.
The waiting list for Morgan’s annual output of 700 vehicles has been as lengthy as 10 years.
