House price drops quite a bit

Are you the type of person who loves gardening and plant?  Do you think you might put Ivy in your garden trained upon your house to cover the house in greenery?

Perhaps this is not such a good idea after all? You house value might depreciate.

An owner of a house in Chelmsford, Essex, England has had to drop the price of their home by £ 230,000.00

The detached home, with three bedrooms is completely covered in Ivy.

The house is on the market for £150,000.00, less than half that of neighbouring homes.  The home would require remedial work to actually make the house into a home. Potential buyers are to make bids over  £120,000.00 and will have to pay in cash.
