English Appeal Court to rule on “safe haven “rapes.
The Court of Appeal was today asked to raise the sentences of a London rapist and two other sex attackers who targeted their victims in their homes or another “safe haven”in a potentially landmark ruling.
The Solicitor General, argues that such rapes should receive harsher punishment because attacking a woman in her home is an aggravating feature to the crime.
